Commercial use
Release candidate: the English copy has received an AI-assisted editorial review. These draft terms still require publisher confirmation. Publisher identity still requires confirmation.
Proposed permission: generated mazes and library PDFs may be used free of charge for personal, classroom and commercial work, including printed books and original activity books, without attribution.
These proposed rules allow printed books and original activity materials, but prohibit reselling the website’s original PDFs or an unchanged digital collection. Adding a cover, merging PDFs or changing filenames alone does not make a digital collection an original activity product. The final publisher must confirm these draft rules before public release.
Maze paths come from program algorithms. Fonts and decorations have their own source records; assets without an approved redistribution basis must not be included in released files.
This release does not provide a paid license certificate or promise that no other user can generate the same puzzle.

Common questions
- Can I use these mazes in a KDP book?
- Under the proposed rules, yes: generated mazes and library puzzles may be used in printed books, including books published through KDP, without attribution. The restriction on unchanged collections applies to digital resale; it does not prohibit printed books. This permission does not guarantee that KDP will accept a book. You remain responsible for its current content and publishing requirements.
- Do I have to declare the mazes as AI-generated?
- Maze paths are generated by a conventional deterministic algorithm, not by a generative AI image model. Reproduction requires the same rule version, seed, grid, shape and difficulty. This description covers the maze paths; it does not certify the creation process of every illustration, label, translation or item you add to a book. Follow the platform’s current disclosure rules for the actual content you publish.
- Can I get proof of license?
- This candidate does not issue license certificates or keep a record of what you generate. This page describes proposed permissions and is not a final publisher-issued license. After the publisher confirms the terms, keep a dated copy together with the full maze share link or the library puzzle ID and collection version. A seed alone does not identify every maze setting.
